RichMann Group is a duo comprised of Richard McCondichie and Manning Stephens. These two musicians/artist met in the early 90s and embarked on independent music ventures as well as a joint venture. In 1998 Richard recorded the album MoodSwings out of the home studio named Black Magic Studios in Riverside, California. The two parted ways to raise families. In 2023, the two reunited and later published the album MoodSwing via United Masters on all streaming platforms including AMI jukeboxes across the world. After reconnecting, the two ventured back into the music arena using an online app, Soundtrap, to record their new album Instrumental Health. RichMann Group has a logo created that combines the R and M which ultimately looks like an R1 to reflect their solidarity. The union of the letters indicates Richard and Manning, RichMann, to be one. The two have decided that their overall goal is to continue their collaborative creations and invite others to create along side them. On the www.richmanngroup.com website the site will host a hub for collaborative creatives to connect, the site will host links to access RichMann Groups finished work of music, podcast and videos as well as their line of apparel ODDDUCK. Odd Duck is synonymous with individuality for those that embrace being different or deemed to be weird. ODDDuck stands united with RichMann Groups tagline, We Are One.
