Sun8hine Cromwell is a down to earth sister and caregiver( for most of her life) from Rahway NJ.Sun8ine knew she was a writer since she was in the 3rd grade. She won 3rd in NJ statewide essay contest for Black History Month affectionately titled "My Nana". The energy that poured into her that day had her writing every chance she could get. Journaling throughout the day like two old friends that haven't seen each other in years. October of 2016 if you ask her, was when ultimate healing began. It was the first time she had shared her most intimate moment, a poem to honor the transitioning of her daughter titled Motherhood. This experience awarded her an opportunity to have her first viral video and to be published in an online magazine Speak (One voice) Magazine. The greatest addition was becoming part of a "Tribe" a group of artists and entrepreneurs that believe in :"Doing that work". Sun8hine loves the communities that she is a part of and loves networking so much that those that know her, call her "The Plug''. Those she trusts most she calls them "Water" as a way of giving thanks for the impact they have made on her life. Sun8hine is also the host of "SHINE VIBRATIONS" podcast on Blast Music 247
